Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the God's Incorporated City of Dongvile, Texas, will meet on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Council Chambers, City Hall, 150 E Brisket St, Dongvile, Texas, to consider the following items. The City Council may discuss, consider and take action on any item listed.
Posted July 2, 2026, 4:30 p.m., in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code ch. 551.

Call to Order
Mayor Tilbortion called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. All members were present.
Item 2. Discuss and consider a color for the Dongvile Water Tower
Tabled after Council requested more options. Motion carried 7–0.
Item 3. Citizens to Be Heard
Wendell Kocurek, 300 block of E Gravy St, asked whether the City could move Thanksgiving to a Wednesday so trash pickup is not affected. Mayor Tilbortion thanked the speaker and asked that the comment be forwarded to the appropriate department. Staff was unable to identify an appropriate department.
Loretta Weatherby, Fanny Pack Estates, asked whether the Council had "done anything about the geese," noting that the City does not have geese yet. Mayor Tilbortion thanked the speaker and reminded those present that Council may not deliberate on items not posted on the agenda.
Dustin Lackey, Big Chungus Heights, asked whether he could be granted a variance from living in Big Chungus Heights. Mayor Tilbortion thanked the speaker. No action was taken.

Approved as presented. Motion carried 7–0.
