Doing business with the City
Purchases over $50,000 are competitively procured under Tex. Loc. Gov't Code ch. 252. Vendors must file a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (Form CIQ) when required by Tex. Loc. Gov't Code ch. 176, and contracts that require City Council approval require a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) under Tex. Gov't Code §2252.908.
