Notice is hereby given that the Library Board of the God's Incorporated City of Dongvile, Texas, will meet on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., at Dongvile Public Library, 140 W Queso St, Dongvile, Texas, to consider the following items. The board may discuss, consider and take action on any item listed.

Call to Order
The Chair called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m. A quorum was present.
Item 2. Citizens to Be Heard
Earlene Tubbs, 200 block of E Biscuit St, asked whether the blue floodplain lines on the zoning map are why her basement is damp; her house does not have a basement. Mayor Tilbortion thanked the speaker and asked that the comment be forwarded to the appropriate department. Staff was unable to identify an appropriate department.

Approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Item 4. Book sale proceeds
Approved unanimously.
Item 5. Holiday hours
Approved unanimously.
