Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the God's Incorporated City of Dongvile, Texas, will meet on Monday, February 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Council Chambers, City Hall, 150 E Brisket St, Dongvile, Texas, to consider the following items. The board may discuss, consider and take action on any item listed.
Posted February 13, 2026, 4:30 p.m., in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code ch. 551.

Call to Order
The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. A quorum was present.
Item 2. Citizens to Be Heard
Hollis Voelkel, 600 block of E Okra St, asked whether the City could turn down the humidity on Okra St. The comment was referred to the City Manager.
Item 3. Approve minutes of the January 20, 2026 meeting
Approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Item 4. Consider a minor plat on County Road 303 in the extraterritorial jurisdiction
Tabled to the next regular meeting to allow staff to gather additional information.
